The combination of world-class skiing, riding and luxurious lodging places Ruby Mountain Helicopter Skiing among the premier helicopter skiing operations in North America. The opportunity to ski and ride with us while enjoying the Ruby Mountains when conditions are at their peak limits reservations to the months of January, February March and April. Each exclusive tour accommodates a maximum of 16 individuals.

The three-day package tour includes 39,000 feet of helicopter lift as a guaranteed minimum. We are often able to exceed that minimum, in which case there is an additional charge for the extra lift.

The Ruby Mountains of northeastern Nevada offer 500 square miles of skiing in a true wilderness setting. This mountain range, with peaks above 11,000 feet, is located in the high desert of the Great Basin between the Sierra Nevada (300miles east of Lake Tahoe) to the west and the Wasatch mountains of Utah to the east.

This was my first helicopter trip and I was more than pleased with the quality of powder skiing, safety, and professionalism of the guides and pilot. The food was a delight, the skiing was the best I've ever had, the accommodations exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was superb! The pilot and guides took every effort to fly us to the best conditions and have us enjoy the beauty of the Ruby Mountains with safety and fun as the priorities. Your operation gets a 10+ from me!
